What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

• New Garage Door Installations: Our warranty covers only the workmanship and labor provided by Titan Garage Doors Des Moines. The garage door manufacturer offers a separate warranty for the door and its components.
• Garage Door Repairs: The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship related to new or rebuilt parts provided by Titan Garage Doors Des Moines during the repair.

How Will We Fix the Problem?

If a defect occurs, Titan Garage Doors Des Moines will repair or replace the defective part using new or refurbished parts. However, labor costs may apply if the repair occurs outside the labor warranty period stated on the invoice.

Warranty Period

The warranty starts on the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice. Replacement parts will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

• For repairs, the warranty lasts as long as the original client owns the repaired garage door.
• For new installations, the labor warranty extends for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and ends if the original client sells or no longer owns the garage door.

What Is Not Covered?

• Any service performed by someone other than Titan Garage Doors Des Moines voids this warranty.
• Consequential or incidental damages (like property damage or injury) due to improper door operation are not covered.
• This guarantee will not apply to issues that are the result of misuse, civil unrest, abuse, or Acts of God.
